About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Office Support Specialist to join our team at BEST DEAL SIDING LTD.

Job Summary

This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience and a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meetings and Minutes

The successful candidate will be responsible for recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.

Office Procedures

They will determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient workflow.

Scheduling

The Senior Office Support Specialist will schedule and confirm appointments while ensuring seamless communication with clients and colleagues.

Communication

They will answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Data Management

The successful candidate will compile data, statistics, and other information as required by management.

Office Supplies

They will order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to avoid stockouts.

Information Systems

The Senior Office Support Specialist will set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.

What We Offer

In addition to a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages growth and development.
