About the Role

This is a permanent opportunity for a Staffing Officer to support our recruitment efforts and play a key role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for our clients.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal stakeholders and external candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements through collaboration with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Cultivate relationships with potential applicants, advising them on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Collect, screen, and review candidate inventories to ensure the highest quality candidates are presented to clients.
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates, ensuring fair and consistent assessment processes.
  • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and facilitate a smooth recruitment process.
  • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to expand our talent pool.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties, fostering a productive and efficient working environment.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of job offers, ensuring seamless transitions for new hires.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.

Estimated Salary Range

$45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
