Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Reddy's Auto Cosmetics Inc.
About the Role:- This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Supervise other workers to ensure efficient task completion and effective use of resources.
- Train new staff members on office procedures, policies, and best practices.
- Determine and establish office routines and protocols to maintain productivity and organization.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and events while confirming details with relevant parties.
- Answer phone calls, relay messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel or departments.
- Compile data, statistics, and information to support business decisions and initiatives.
- Procure office supplies and maintain inventory levels to avoid stockouts and optimize resource allocation.
- Greet visitors, clients, and colleagues, providing exceptional customer service and directing them to their destinations.
- Set up and maintain manual and digital filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare, type, and proofread correspondence, reports, and documents to ensure professionalism and accuracy.
- An estimated salary range for this role is between $45,000 and $65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
- A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant work experience in an administrative setting.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate as a minimum educational requirement.
- Proficiency in English language and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.
