Job Summary

Anvi Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating the flow of information, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including coordinating the flow of information, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
