Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at CAN-TECH SERVICES. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and maintaining digital databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and seminars.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Reporting: Oversee the preparation of reports, including data compilation and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
