About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and innovative organization like Golderado Contracting Corp. As an Administrative Coordinator, you'll provide critical administrative support to our hiring manager and help drive the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the hiring manager, including scheduling meetings, planning events, and maintaining data in our internal databases.
  • Input and maintain data in our internal databases, generating formal and informal reports as needed.
  • Assist with compiling statistics and preparing meeting minutes.
  • Make phone calls and schedule appointments when required.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong working knowledge of various computer systems, including Word, Excel, Internal Database system, and Google platform.
  • Excellent English language skills and a reliable means of transportation.
  • A safety-conscious attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Outgoing personality with a positive approach to contributing to a collaborative work environment.
