Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Administrator to join our team at BrandSafway. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating daily tasks, managing payroll, and ensuring the accuracy of data entry.

Responsibilities

* Collaborate with the team to prioritize daily tasks and meet deadlines related to payroll, tag management, and billing.
* Compile and input large volumes of data, complete multiple checks and balances to confirm accuracy.
* Verify daily timesheets, time entry, balancing and reconciliation, processing new hires, and termination forms.
* Balance hours with customers on a daily basis.
* Update scaffold logs, productivity logs, and track equipment movements.
* Create and update scaffold and insulation tags in databases.
* Verify Purchase Orders and Work Orders.
* Billing for multiple customers based on contract frequency and requirements.
* Monitor billing status, track when invoices are uploaded, approved, and paid.
* Create, maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot various Excel workbooks.
* Respond to customer requests and inquiries.
* Provide reports to supervisors/customers as required.
* Provide support for all site supervisors.
* Create and maintain accurate onsite electronic and paper files.
* Provide all other general administrative and clerical support including filing, scanning, and copying.

Requirements

* Post-secondary education and/or 2 years of related experience.
* Experience in an industrial setting is considered an asset.
* Health & Safety training is considered an asset.
* Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High level of speed and accuracy with data entry.
* Strong time management and organization skills to meet various competing deadlines.
* Ability to interpret a variety of instructions (i.e. written, oral, diagram, or schedule form).
* Ability to self-motivate.
* Ability to work within a team and build a positive team environment.
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment with competing demands.
* Ability to display sound and accurate judgment, with the ability to resolve problems in a timely manner.
