About the Role

This position provides critical support to the Vice President of Loan Administration in maintaining accurate customer information databases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer documents and records are up-to-date in all applications.
  • Review and monitor renewal of Canadian PPSA registration liens, Certificates of Insurance, and other security documents.
  • Maintain logical indexing in DMS and CMS, ensuring safeguarding and restricting documents according to users and sensitivity.
  • Review and categorize documents, uploading them to the relevant folders in the system.
  • Upload customer records, such as credit agreements and periodic compliance submissions, into DMS and CMS in a timely manner.
  • Follow the VP's instructions to load documents or reports in Debt Domain when the Bank acts as an agent.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Minimum 5 years of corporate banking experience, preferably handling legal agreements or corporate documents
  • 1-2 years of management experience (plus)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
