Salary Information


The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.



Job Description


As a Document Control Manager, you will be involved in creating, managing, and implementing an effective document management system for the storage, retrieval, and use of all documents.



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive document control plan
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of project information
  • Maintain a document register and transmittal records
  • Provide management information reports using Oracle Unifier Document Module, Aconex, ProjectWise, and MS Office tools
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to data management and electronic document systems
  • Maintain accurate and timely records
  • Identify opportunities for improvements to procedures, processes, and systems


Required Skills and Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • 8+ years of proven work experience with document management and control
  • Experience with document management workflows and systems (Oracle Unifier, Document Module, Aconex, ProjectWise) and MS Office
  • Basic familiarity with project management methodology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
