Salary InformationAs a Senior IT Controls Governance Specialist, you can expect a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities- Control Governance: Support the review of existing IT control documentation to ensure alignment with Internal Controls Management Standard, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.
- Support Review of New and Retired Controls: Assist in reviewing IT controls being added or retired from the enterprise book of record.
- Establish Control Management Best Practices: Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish and maintain control management best practices across RBC's IT controls.
- Provide Feedback and Recommendations: Offer ongoing feedback, advice, and recommendations to improve and streamline the IT control repository.
- Education: University graduate or equivalent experience.
- Stakeholder and Relationship Management: Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills are essential for success in this role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- IT Controls Experience: Experience with IT controls testing and/or IT audit, with a risk management foundation, is necessary.
