Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Document Control Coordinator to join our Critical Infrastructure team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing document control procedures and guidelines, creating and maintaining document control procedures and guidelines, processing documents through all procedural steps, and ensuring that pre-established document control requirements are satisfactorily met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing document/data management solutions with a primary focus on document control and records management.
  • Creating and maintaining document control procedures and guidelines.
  • Processing documents through all procedural steps in accordance with defined procedures and guidelines.
  • Ensuring that pre-established document control requirements are satisfactorily met through the duration of the project.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience, including 3+ years of prior document control experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Working knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems, including SharePoint.
