On Premise Business Development Manager

The On Premise Business Development Manager is responsible for driving Red Bull's presence and sales across all segments of the On Premise business, including bars, clubs, restaurants, QSR, vending, and catering. This role requires working with multiple distribution partners and field sales teams to increase consumption and horizontal growth of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a Red Bull Brand Ambassador, bringing the brand to life in various settings and establishing relationships with influencers and partners.
  • Complete ownership of the territory, maximizing Red Bull consumption and increasing product availability and distribution.
  • Develop and execute an annual territory business plan, including marketing and sales strategies for directly managed accounts.
  • Ensure Red Bull products are listed on menus and displayed in accounts to optimize sales.
  • Activate marketing and trial initiatives in outlets to intensify consumption.
  • Monitor distribution and ensure no out-of-stocks, communicating with distributor reps.

Requirements

  • Established contacts within the industry or ability to make them quickly.
  • Experience selling to a customer base, preferably in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality, and nightlife.
  • Strong work ethic and business acumen, with a creative and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with a valid driver's license and clear driver's abstract.
  • Post-secondary education in Sales and Marketing preferred, with fluency in English and additional language skills an advantage.
