We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ontario Inc.
Job Summary:The Medical Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to our healthcare team, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. This role will involve coordinating patient information, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate patient information and maintain accurate records
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Prepare and distribute medical reports and correspondence
- Order supplies and maintain inventory
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
