Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Assistant to join our team at St Catharines Medical Office. As a Medical Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Front Desk Reception: Greet patients and visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
- Clerical Support: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution, to maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
- Communication: Provide clear and concise information to patients, families, and healthcare providers, both verbally and in writing.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Work Setting: Health care institution, facility, or clinic.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player.
- Permanent Full-Time Position
