Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our sales team, including data management, report preparation, and accounts receivable.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including entering inventory receipts and ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Certifications/Licenses: Valid Class 5 license.
