Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Budget Blinds. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, including coordinating seminars, planning budgets, and supervising other workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including coordinating seminars, planning budgets, and supervising other workers.
  • Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, training and development strategies, and other relevant information.
  • Office Administration: Oversee the administration of the office, including managing office supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
