We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Econergy Property Group Ltd.

Job summary

The successful candidate will provide exceptional patient care, ensuring the highest level of comfort, safety, and dignity for our residents. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with our staff to deliver high-quality care and support services.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a positive and respectful environment
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving, ensuring nutritional needs are met
  • Participate in exercise programs and activities designed to maintain physical and mental well-being
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on patient progress and incidents
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent required
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg, stand for long periods, and move quickly in response to emergencies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
