We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant/Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional patient care in our inpatient rehab and complex care units.
Key Responsibilities:- Support occupational therapists and physiotherapists in providing patient care and rehabilitation services.
- Progress patients with acute and complex medical conditions under the supervision of therapists.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Graduate of a combined OT/PTA Certificate course from an accredited college.
- At least one year of experience in an acute care setting preferred.
- Excellent patient care skills with medical, surgical, neurological, and geriatric caseloads.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment.

- A competitive salary range of $30.85 to $35.51 per hour.
