Support Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Operations Manager to join our team at ANEEK DEVELOPMENT LTD.
About the JobThe Support Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, planning and organizing daily operations, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, managing contracts, answering telephone calls and messages, and overseeing development of communication strategies.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate the flow of information within the team by ensuring that all necessary materials and resources are available in a timely manner.
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet the needs of the team and the company, including prioritizing tasks and managing workload.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operation of the team.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to document decisions and actions taken.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage contracts and agreements related to the team's activities.
- Answer telephone calls and messages in a professional and courteous manner.
- Oversee development of communication strategies to ensure clear and effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
To be successful as a Support Operations Manager, you will need to have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. You should also be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
You will need to have a strong understanding of computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office, and be proficient in data entry and management. Additionally, you will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
A minimum of 7 months of experience in an administrative or operational role is required, with a focus on supporting teams and coordinating day-to-day activities. A permanent position with a salary range of $35,000 - $50,000 per year is offered, depending on experience. The position is available for 32-40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime.
Working Conditions:This role requires a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
