Seeking a skilled Operations Support Coordinator III to provide administrative support of moderate complexity for the Sewer Operations Branch. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Summary

The Operations Support Coordinator III is responsible for preparing, processing, and maintaining records and files, both manual and computerized, related to the work. This includes preparing and processing various forms and documents, such as work orders and invoices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain a large volume of records and files, including manual and computerized records.
  • Prepare and process various forms and documents, including work orders and invoices.
  • Compile and condense statistical data from uniform sources, requiring an understanding of problems and terminology involved.
  • Plan, organize, and manage the communications calendar for the Sewer Operations Branch.
  • Review forms submitted for accuracy, authorization, and compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
  • Assign account codes to invoices and prepare payment vouchers on approved invoices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Completion of Grade 12, including or supplemented by courses in commercial subjects, typing, word processing, and sound related work experience providing administrative support.
  • Sound knowledge of modern office practices and procedures.
  • Thorough knowledge of business English, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and arithmetic.
  • Skill with Hansen, Posse, VanMap, SAP, and other asset management software.
  • Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
