Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software
- Implement solutions to technical problems and provide training to users
- Collect and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
- Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users
- Set up equipment for employee use and ensure proper installation of cables, operating systems, or software
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of networking software, hardware, and security
- Basic security clearance
- Hybrid work arrangement
- 30 hours per week
- Permanent position
- English language
