Technical Support Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team at I Time Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software
- Implement solutions to technical problems and provide training to employees
- Collect and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
- Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to employees
- Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
Requirements:
- College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Knowledge of networking software, hardware, and security
- Experience with MS Office, MS Windows, and MS Excel
Work Environment:
- Hybrid work arrangement
- 30 hours per week
- English language
