At Code Guru, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technical support analysts, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of technical support analysts, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent customer service.
- Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, consulting user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions.
- Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties, collecting, organizing, and maintaining a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
- Supervise other technical support workers in this group, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- College/CEGEP education.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of ITIL, database software, MS Office, MS Windows, and other relevant technologies.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a focus on providing excellent customer service. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask.
