Technical Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Assistance: Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems.
- Research and Implementation: Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions.
- User Training: Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
- Problem Solving: Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
- System Support: Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
Requirements:
- Legally able to work in Canada.
- English language proficiency.
- 35 to 37.5 hours per week.
