Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at City Pharmacy. As an integral part of our operations, this role will play a key support function in maintaining the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work 35 hours per week and enjoy a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure alignment with company policies and standards.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that administrative procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities related to office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry tasks as required.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physically and digitally.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • At least 7 months of relevant experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
