Job Description:

The Administrative Services Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of ICW Immigration Services Ltd. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced office administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. As an Administrative Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and carrying out various administrative tasks.

You will also be responsible for assembling data, preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence, and performing data entry tasks. Additionally, you will oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, resolve conflict situations, and monitor and evaluate performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Carry out various administrative tasks
  • Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry tasks
  • Oversight and coordination of office administrative procedures

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
