Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Supreme Limited Ltd. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and smooth operation of our computer systems and servers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Analysis and Integration: Conduct thorough system analysis to identify and resolve potential issues, and implement new technologies to enhance our data center.
  • System Maintenance and Security: Perform routine maintenance tasks, apply updates, and ensure the security and integrity of our network infrastructure.
  • User Support and Documentation: Provide exceptional technical support to our team members, and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess experience with Microsoft Azure & Administration and Cisco network infrastructure (or equivalent).
