  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient communication with clients and team members.
  • Communication and Reception: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
  • Administrative Tasks: Compile data, statistics, and other information, oversee the preparation of reports, and maintain accurate records.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents and records.
  • Correspondence and Documents: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
