Duties and Responsibilities:

  • System Analysis and Integration: Dive into system logs to identify and resolve potential issues. Bring fresh technologies into our data center and make our tech environment even better.
  • System Maintenance and Security: Keep things running smoothly by applying updates, installing and configuring new hardware and software, managing user accounts, and optimizing system performance. Perform routine audits, troubleshoot problems, and ensure our network infrastructure is top-notch.
  • User Support and Documentation: Be the go-to person for technical inquiries and user support. Keep detailed documentation of system configurations and help our team stay informed and empowered.
  • Experience With: Microsoft Azure & Administration and Cisco network infrastructure (or equivalent) is required.
