Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Supreme Limited Ltd. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and servers, and providing top-notch support to our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Analysis and Integration: Conduct thorough analysis of system logs to identify and resolve potential issues, and implement new technologies to improve our data center infrastructure.
  • System Maintenance and Security: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including updates, hardware and software installations, user account management, and system performance optimization. Conduct regular security audits to ensure our network infrastructure is secure and up-to-date.
  • User Support and Documentation: Provide expert technical support to our users, and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations to ensure our team stays informed and empowered.
  • Technical Requirements: Must have experience with Microsoft Azure & Administration and Cisco network infrastructure (or equivalent).
