Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including managing inventory, maintaining health and safety standards, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant setting.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
