Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to ensure seamless restaurant operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining high-quality food and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including cooks, food service counter attendants, and food preparers, to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant or related environment.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with fast-paced conditions, tight deadlines, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
