Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Operations and Administration: Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, and dependability.
- Health Benefits: Health care plan.
- Other Benefits: Parking available, permanent employment, and 35 to 40 hours of work per week.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
