We are seeking an ambitious sales professional to play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales activities to achieve growth and expand presence in assigned territory.
  • Sign-up new partners (tour operators, travel agencies, TMCs, OTAs) and provide them with extended training on our system.
  • Build a strong, long-lasting relationship with new partners.
  • Prepare, execute, and manage commercial deals with partners, including execution of required document flow and technical setup.
  • Manage accounts until first purchase is made.
  • Compliance control with commercial conditions by partners, including payment flow.
  • Participate in specialized activities, such as trade shows, partner events, webinars, and other business-related events.
  • Provide market & competitive environment analysis.
  • Provide regular comprehensive reporting through CRM and internal systems.
  • Initiate API deals with potential and existing partners.
Requirements:
  • Relevant Experience: 3+ years of successful sales experience in full sales life cycle within travel industry, with focus on business development.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of country's travel market, including B2B travel networks (travel agencies, tour operators, OTAs).
  • API: Familiarity with API integration and technology sales & deals.
  • Personal Skills: Ambitious, proactive, results-oriented, comfortable in fast-paced environments, creative problem-solving.
  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven, tech-savvy, experience using KPIs to track success.
  • International Mindset: Adaptability to multicultural environments, reflecting global presence.
  • Be Your Own CEO: Work independently with high level of accountability.
  • Think outside-the-box: Develop and implement creative solutions to challenges.
  • Business trips: Up to 50% of working time may involve visiting customers, attending events, or meeting team. Having own car is crucial.
  • Language Proficiency: Bilingual in French and English, additional languages advantageous.
  • Location: Quebec Province or Ontario.
  • Work Permit: Must be citizen or permanent resident of Canada.

This is a remote opportunity open to candidates residing in Canada. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with a high level of accountability.
