Sales Representative

In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound sales activities, build strong relationships with customers, and drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Addressing customer inquiries and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
- Quote Customer RFQ's, including creating formal quotes, collecting pricing, calculating sell price, and advising delivery
- Reviewing customer orders, including pricing, delivery, special instructions, and terms and conditions
- Retrieving customer orders through the internet, with experience with Oracle being an asset
- Inputting customer orders, including creating sales orders in the MRP system
- Creating new product forms and customs paperwork for shipments, if applicable
- Occasional reception coverage and backup for invoicing when required
- Performing other various duties as assigned, including filing and scanning
- Following Safran Policies & Procedures
Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
- Minimum one year customer service experience, with Inside Sales experience being an asset
- Accurate data entry skills with superior attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Professionalism with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve
- Responsive to company and customer needs
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Highly proficient computer skills in Word and Excel
- Knowledge of production planning is an asset
- A condition of employment will be completing a security assessment to ensure eligibility under Canada's Controlled Goods Program
