Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $63,036 - $78,849 per year, based on full-time equivalent hours, with opportunities for career growth and professional development. Job Description

As a Regional Partnerships Development Specialist, you will provide leadership and coordination support to partnership work with Vancouver Island First Nations, Island Health, and other Health System Partners. You will help align shared work, build relationships, and track key activities and initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of stakeholder engagement, partnership development, and provincial and federal health systems, as well as knowledge of First Nations health system needs.



Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A post-secondary degree in Health Sciences, Education, or Social Services, or an acceptable combination of education, training, and professional experience.
  • Relevant experience in coordination support to First Nations communities, preferably acquired over a 3–5-year period, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the goals and perspectives of BC First Nations and knowledge of First Nations issues as they relate to regional partnerships.
