The Scotia iTRADE Partnership Development Specialist contributes to the overall success of the Sales & Partnerships team in Canada, ensuring specific individual goals and initiatives are delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives.

As a member of Scotia iTRADE's Sales and Partnerships Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client onboarding for high-value clients via telephone or email. This role requires collaboration with National Consultants to execute client acquisition and engagement strategies that deepen relationships across the bank.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Aquisition of new online brokerage accounts
  • Delivering exceptional client experiences via telephone and email
  • Supporting all targeted campaign sales efforts to increase business growth

You will work closely with the Senior Manager to develop skills, behaviours and competencies required to achieve goals. A minimum of 3-4 years industry experience in a sales, relationship or account management role is preferred.

Required qualifications include successful completion of Canadian Securities Course and progressing towards IIROC IR license. Thorough understanding of Scotia iTRADE products, process, policy and services is essential. Experience working with Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms is also required.

Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.

This role involves working in a standard office-based environment with unpredictable call and correspondence volumes due to market volatility.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 CAD, depending on location and experience.
