Job Description

This full-time position involves selling Rogers' services directly to customers at their homes, utilizing provided leads and sparking new residential sales in the designated territory. Key responsibilities include building friendly relationships with customers, ensuring prompt follow-up on inquiries, and representing Rogers with pride in the field and at special events.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A proven ability to thrive in a sales environment, working independently to achieve strategic goals.
  • High motivation, excellent interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written), and presentation skills.
  • Negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections with style.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet customer needs.
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for daily use.
