As a key member of our team, you will lead and motivate a group of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives. You will actively participate in engaging customers in sales activities as part of your daily responsibilities. Providing ongoing training, coaching, and development to sales representatives to improve their skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities is also crucial to your role.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives. Monitoring and evaluating the performance of sales representatives, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans as needed is also essential to your success. Additionally, overseeing inventory levels and implementing a strategy to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover, managing product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience are important aspects of this role.

Our ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. They must have prior sales or management experience, preferably in a retail environment. A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is an asset.
