About the Role- This role involves providing comprehensive insurance advice, processing policy changes, and entering updates directly into our insurance computer system.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets by working within established department standards for quality.
- You will collaborate with Supervisors to participate in team meetings, contribute to standards and procedures development, and engage in special projects.
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- 3 years of experience in insurance sales
- A valid OTL/RIBO license
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Post-secondary education in a related field, or working towards a CIP designation (an asset)
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as retirement savings and wellness programs.
