About the Role

As a key member of the Human Resources team at Fraser Health, the Client Partner, Work Design and Compensation plays a critical role in supporting the organization's vision and values. This position is responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on work design and compensation issues, including organization redesigns and related short and long-term impacts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides consultation on compensation and work design issues, including organization redesigns and related short and long-term impacts.
  • Employs the principles of job design and job classification to support major organizational change.
  • Negotiates with provincial union representatives and provides advice to clients regarding grievance resolutions.
  • Develops and evaluates excluded jobs for Fraser Health, ensuring compliance with legislation and policies.
  • Represents Fraser Health on industry committees related to compensation and work design.
