Human Resources Specialist

The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals. This includes planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies and programs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, and have a client-focused approach. They will also be responsible for researching and preparing occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales.
In addition, the Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff. They will work in a fast-paced environment and be required to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work in a team environment.
The successful candidate will also have access to a range of benefits, including a dental plan, healthcare plan, and life insurance. They will work 30-35 hours per week and will be required to work in English.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
