Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of our staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards.
- Daily Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service delivery and maximum customer satisfaction.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and mentor our staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service and achieve our business objectives.
- Cost Control: Monitor and control costs associated with food, labor, and other expenses to ensure we are operating within our budget.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure we are getting the best possible deals.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work Environment: Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all staff and customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
