Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration among team members.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure effective resource allocation and minimize waste.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and support other workers to ensure they have the necessary resources and guidance to perform their duties effectively.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in our operations.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop other workers to enhance their skills and knowledge, and support their career growth.
  • Communication: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and ensure that all relevant information is communicated to stakeholders.
  • Occupation Classification: Oversee the classification and rating of occupations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure timely and efficient use of resources.
  • Training Strategies: Manage training and development strategies to support the growth and development of our team members.
  • Customer Service: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to ensure prompt and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient access to information.
  • Digital Database: Maintain and manage digital databases to support our business activities.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate the performance of team members and identify areas for improvement.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
