Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Alberta Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including arranging seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Budget Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures for the operations team.
  • Supervision: Supervise other workers and establish and implement policies and procedures.
  • Training: Train other workers and record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
