Job Summary

Alberta Ltd is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our operations. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Manage budgets and expenditures
  • Supervise and train other workers
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings and seminars
  • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Develop and implement training strategies
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Conduct performance reviews
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
Working Conditions

Temporary position, 30 to 40 hours per week, English language, Alberta Ltd.
