At Alberta Ltd, we are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also plan and control budgets and expenditures, supervise other workers, and establish and implement policies and procedures. Additionally, the Administrative Coordinator will train other workers, record and prepare minutes of meetings, and oversee the classification and rating of occupations. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of relevant experience. They must be proficient in English and able to work 30-40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Planning and controlling budgets and expenditures
  • Supervising other workers
  • Establishing and implementing policies and procedures
  • Training other workers
  • Recording and preparing minutes of meetings
  • Overseeing the classification and rating of occupations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in English
