About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Supervisor to join our team at NEW ORIGIN FRESH TRADE CO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans

Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth operation of our shipping department.

Coordinate Logistics

Organize tasks to accomplish work, oversee operational logistics, and plan and organize operational logistics of the organization.

Lead and Manage Teams

Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, prepare and submit reports, and ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Recruit and Train Staff

Recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies, and co-ordinate, assign and review work.

Ensure Compliance

Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.

Language

Fluency in English.

Work Hours

40 hours per week.
