About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Supervisor to join our team at NEW ORIGIN FRESH TRADE CO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Create specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth operation of our logistics.
  • Coordinate Activities: Work with other departments to coordinate activities and ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Oversee Logistics Operations: Supervise the operational logistics of our organization, including planning and organizing tasks.
  • Prepare Reports: Submit regular reports to management on operational performance and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure Equipment Maintenance: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure our computer equipment and machinery are in good working order.
  • Recruit and Train Staff: Recruit and hire staff as needed, and train workers in duties and policies.
  • Work Term and Language: This is a permanent position, and the primary language of work is English.
  • Work Hours: The work hours are 40 hours per week.
