Shipping and Receiving Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to join our team at Quantum First Automation Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials into and out of our facility.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Logistics: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our customers.
- Manage Inventory: Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate a team of shipping and receiving personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Implement Process Improvements: Analyze and optimize shipping and receiving processes to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and communication skills. You will work under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure the smooth operation of our shipping and receiving department.
